but now days art is main way of earning way there is lots of people using
art with for their daily income. The local citizen like Newars adapting art as a culture & income sources they are using art as a business and hand over to
one generation of another. We can say it's a continuous process which is
using by people. It is very popular business now days and we can get lots of income
from here so all peoples are attractive to this filed. In previous
time there are some dedicated people or group work but nowadays all people wants to learn. In learning process art is
divided between too many types for example in handicraft business there is lots of type. In repouse art there are work divided
into “wholesale “ & “special” .
People works copy paste art in wholesale and people work own creativity
in special. People get money higher in special but it consumed long time so
people works as a wholesale that is easy and consumed minimum time so nowadays it is very
popular and people attract in this type of work. The art is one of the unique performances
but nowadays handicraft work is using same art, people need easy task. So they continuously work
just one way or same type for all. In previous time there is for handicraft
different people assign to work and that is their own passion.
So they work very deeply with their own feelings and they are concentrating on their work. They work like
their own passion creativity now days it's really hard to find that type of people who
work passionately.
Change
time and generation change work motive too. Science is developing new
innovation and it works like magic that works lot. We can get more advantages
like we can utilize time properly , work fast , work step by step and it
changes forwarding from / into modern time as . But sometimes innovation tools
have negative impacts as well. In handicraft, people want work fast. So they
work vast way they forget to learn how it made them just using material and
work fast & earn more. In this filed person needs dedications but they
dedicate to only money? In Newar people
they learn by own generation of others they used to work as employees and they
learn only by teaching. And in this field person don't want to teach about
their art because its adopting culture somehow people think it's own creativity
and also they don't want to observe their culture, work by other region. The
time change day by day people convert from modern way. And people had lots of
choice to do work. Some people don't want to work their families business and
they quit and change the field in that time art is replacing by another work so
that in Nepal there is lost arts . The fact is people get bored by only work
they want to mobilized and they need change their life. There are others
factors as well that lost of arts in Nepal. There is political facts, religious
view as well as own choice, opportunities as well. There is lack of motivation
in this filed by the nation as well. People depend upon fixed countries for
trade. There is lack of promoting about product of international markets as
well. There is needed to grow on business but in current process people trade
only concern person and rate of each product same. There is no more growth so
creativity lost.
